Frequently Asked Questions
Is knowing Greek necessary for interpreting God’s written word?
Not at all. There are countless faithful English translations that accurately convey God’s meaning through Holy Scripture’s authors. However, knowing the biblical languages will grant you access to interpretive nuances that simply cannot come through in English; knowing Greek will help you go deeper than what your English translations afford.
